Operation Not Forgotten, a program of Life Renewed International (501(c)(3)), helps veterans and families improve their mental, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being through free, peer-led support groups called Vet Life Communities.
Meetings (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) offer tools for PTSD, suicidal ideation, and life after service, using our MAPS coaching, journals, and Quality of Life Assessment. Groups are available for veterans, families, and youth (13–17).
We partner with Highland Rivers Health and are honored as Home Depot’s Veteran Project of the Year (2020–2024).

Operation Not Forgotten and Code Blue are programs of Life Renewed, a 501(c) (3) organization. Life Renewed was incorporated in 2007, and received tax exempt status in 2010. Operation Not Forgotten delivers resources to promote healthy mental and emotional well-being, and assesses at risk behaviors. Our purpose is to measurably enhance and improve a quality of life and functioning in four areas: mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.
Our Quality Of Life Assessment (QOLA) Profile offers people eye-opening insight into their situations, motives and empowers them to move forward to secure a positive and fulfilling quality of life.
The QOLA is not a psychological evaluation. It is an accurate measurement of how well you and your loved ones are meeting the challenges you face each day. It is a profile of your quality of life covering a wide variety of dynamics from everyday life to the most traumatic experiences.
Completely Confidential ● Assesses Real-Time Functioning ● Comprehensive, Completely Personalized ● Takes Only 20 Minutes ● Multiple choice questions ● For All Veterans and Loved Ones Over 18.
Your QOLA Profile Guide will help you to understand your results.
