june for Veterans

June is a new month to serve, restore, and encourage.

At Faith and Honor Corp, we remain committed to standing with veterans, supporting healing, and building community through faith, honor, and hope.

Every veteran deserves to know they are not forgotten. Every family deserves support. Every act of kindness helps carry the mission forward.

Thank you for standing with us.

Faith and honor in action

A Personal Mission to Honor the United States Merchant Marine

Faith and Honor Corp has formally petitioned President Trump to bring greater national attention to the service and sacrifice of the United States Merchant Marine.

For generations, American Merchant Mariners have supported our nation in times of war, crisis, and national need. They have carried supplies, supported military readiness, strengthened national security, and served in dangerous conditions, often without receiving the recognition they deserve.

This effort is about honor, remembrance, and justice.

Faith and Honor Corp will continue standing for those whose service has too often been overlooked.

They served. They sacrificed. They deserve to be remembered.

This mission is personal to me.

My father, Domingo Leon, served for 54 years as a Merchant Marine. For more than five decades, he gave his life to a profession that demanded sacrifice, discipline, courage, and time away from family. Like so many Merchant Mariners, he served quietly, without headlines, without ceremony, and without the full recognition that his work deserved.

His service is one of the reasons I wrote No Medals, No Glory, a book about the United States Merchant Marine and the men and women whose sacrifices have too often been overlooked. I wrote it in honor of my father and in honor of every Merchant Mariner who helped carry this nation through war, crisis, and national need.

That is why Faith and Honor Corp is supporting this effort.

Our petition to President Trump is not about politics. It is about honor. It is about remembrance. It is about making sure the men and women who served at sea, supported military operations, and helped keep America strong are not forgotten.

For me, this is about my father. For Faith and Honor, this is about every Merchant Mariner whose service deserves to be recognized.

They served. They sacrificed. They deserve to be remembered.

Two hundred fifty years.

From fragile beginnings in 1776 to a nation that has endured war, division, triumph, innovation, and reinvention, America at 250 is a testament to resilience.

This anniversary is not just a celebration of independence. It is a reminder of responsibility. The freedoms secured were not guaranteed. They were defended, debated, tested, and preserved across generations.

Two and a half centuries later, the promise of America still lives in its people. In those who serve. In those who build. In those who lead. In those who disagree yet remain united.

Two hundred fifty years is not simply history. It is legacy.

1776 to 2026.
A nation still standing.
