Our board

Chair Dominick Leon

Dominick Leon is an Army veteran, ordained minister, and nonprofit executive currently leading Faith and Honor, a North Carolina–based 501(c)(3) and ministry dedicated to serving veterans and their families. He holds degrees in Psychology and Business Administration and is a certified life coach, personal trainer, and nonprofit leader.

Before launching Faith and Honor, Leon built a diverse career spanning military service, professional wrestling, coaching, and management. He has trained athletes in Olympic-level wrestling, boxing, and mixed martial arts, while also directing business operations and community programs. His experience extends to publishing, with several books addressing resilience, psychology, and the veteran experience.

A former U.S. Army Ranger and Iraq War veteran, Leon draws on more than two decades of leadership and service. His work focuses on healing trauma, building strong families, and creating faith-based initiatives that restore hope and purpose in the lives of veterans and underserved communities.

VICE CHAIR Charles A. Fuks

Mr. Fuks is pursuing his J.D. part-time at Georgia State University College of Law. He holds a B.S. in Biology from the New York Institute of Technology, a B.A. in Economics from the City College of New York, and an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Temple University.

Before law school, he worked as a Management Consultant, leading initiatives in financial services such as system migrations, data integration, and wealth management tools. In 2024, he transitioned into cybersecurity, contributing to a major cyber risk assessment and process normalization effort.

A U.S. Army Reserve officer since 2008, he currently serves as a Civil Affairs Major. He has led teams across Africa, including Djibouti and North Africa, where his work strengthened U.S. diplomatic relations, advanced embassy initiatives, and supported counter-extremism operations aligned with broader U.S. strategic objectives.
